The goal of our concierge service is to make life easier and more convenient for individuals or families by handling various routine tasks or be a reminder service or even just a daily check in.
Coping with menial day-to-day tasks can prove challenging and overwhelming at times, especially as we become older. Let Bentleys manage the day-to-day appointments and take away some of this strain. This will alleviate the difficulties faced by both the family and or the person requiring support. Our resourceful team can organise everything from grocery shopping, medical appointments, hair and beauty services, collecting repeat prescriptions, home maintenance, social activities, form filling and technology challenges. However, our concierge goes beyond the usual scope of such a service and can encompass the daily phone call/check-in to ensure that the service user is well and if they require assistance or just a chat.
“A concierge service would have been a God send to me when I became a new 24/7 carer
to my mum trying to negotiate stairs, doors, a wheel chair, getting mum in the car, out of the car as well as the shopping trip itself. Imagine pushing a wheel chair and pulling a shopping trolley at the same time and then the return journey with the shopping bags. It was just too much. It would have been ideal to have someone who could have gone for the shopping when I needed it or someone to stay with mum to allow me to go for shopping. The icing on the cake would have been someone to organise both at the same time thus providing me with a much needed break “
